    Building access: use the buzzer to look for 'Jenna" or dial code 114 for entry. Please have a seat in the waiting area!
    EVEN IF SOMEONE POLITELY HOLDS THE DOOR OPEN FOR YOU, PLEASE STILL USE THE BUZZER! OTHERWISE I DO NOT KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED. PLEASE WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA UNTIL I AM READY TO BRING YOU TO MY ROOM. THANK YOU.

  • The week before your appointment:
    - stay hydrated
    - moisturize the area that will be tattooed

    The day before the appointment:
    - no alcohol
    - no blood-thinning medications (ie, No advil/ibuprofen! Tylenol only if you require a painkiller.)
    - get a good night’s sleep

    The day of the appointment:
    - eat a filling meal prior to your tattoo
    - bring snacks, a sugary drink, and water with you
    - avoid excessive caffeine intake
    - no bloodthinning painkillers or medications (tylenol or cbd are recommended for pain relief but please avoid ibuprofen!)
    - come to your appointment clean & appropriately dressed (ie, bring a hair elastic if you’re getting your shoulder tattooed)

  • There are multiple parking lots in the surrounding area.

    There are complimentary client parking spots available in the parking lot at 51 Arthur Street in stalls #33, #34, #35, and #36. Please note it is angle parking! If you do not park on an angle OR park in the wrong stall, you may be towed!

    Please be sure your parking is paid for (if needed) BEFORE entering the building. Unfortunately, I am not able to help with parking payment apps. Time spent sorting out parking is time on the clock!

  • A quote is provided via email prior to booking.  Please refer back to our correspondence and use that as a approximation for how long & how much our appointment will be.

    (For example, if you were quoted for a 4 hour tattoo and your appointment time is 1pm, expect to be finished around 5 to 5:30pm.) text goes here

  • Cash is preferred, however I do accept all types of credit & debit cards.

    E-TRANSFERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

    (All prices are plus GST. Please note all credit & debit transactions are subject to an additional 3% service fee.)

    *Please note payment is due at the end of each session (this includes tattoos that require multiple sessions - payment for each session is due at the end of the appointment and no later).

  • No. Please come to your appointment alone. Additional guests cannot be accomodated in the small space & will be turned away.

  • All aftercare instructions are thoroughly detailed at the end of your appointment, and aftercare information sheets are provided to take home.

    Clients are bandaged with hypafix (second skin style bandage / tegaderm / saniderm). Please let me know in advance if you require an alternative.

    Mild, unscented soap & lotion are recommended for aftercare.

    Please note there should be absolutely no swimming / baths / soaking in water, exfoliation treatments, use of saunas, or tanning / excess sun exposure for the initial 2-4 week healing period. Failure to follow these instructions will result in poor healing.
